Who we are

HS360 is a photography and 3D capture studio based at DB Poppy, 172 Shepherdess Walk, London N1 7JL. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a project, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and the information about your products or property needed to quote and carry out the work.

When you visit this website we may collect basic technical information such as pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, in aggregate form.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver projects, issue invoices, keep proper business records, and — where you have asked us to — send occasional studio updates.

Legal bases

We rely on performance of a contract (delivering work you have booked), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running the studio), consent (marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email provider, hosting and 3D tour platforms, and our accountants — and only as needed to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years. Project and invoicing records are kept for seven years to meet UK accounting requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
