Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to photography, 360° capture and 3D scanning services provided by HS360, a studio based in London. By booking a shoot or capture with us, you agree to them.

2. Bookings and quotations

Quotations are based on the brief you give us — product counts, deliverables and deadlines, or property size and access. Where the work on the day differs materially from the brief, we will agree any change in fee with you before continuing.

Booked capture dates are held for you once confirmed in writing. Cancellations inside 48 hours of a booked on-site capture may be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.

3. Delivery

Delivery timescales quoted are working days from the completion of capture and receipt of everything we need from you. We will tell you promptly if anything changes.

4. Licensing and ownership

Copyright in images, spins, tours and floor plans remains with HS360. On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the delivered assets for marketing and sale of the products or property they show, including on your own website, listings, portals, email and social channels.

Resale or sub-licensing of the assets to third parties, and use for unrelated products or properties, requires our written agreement.

5. Hosted tours and viewers

Interactive 360° viewers and 3D tours are delivered as hosted links. Hosting continues for as long as the agreed hosting term or subscription is in place. We will give you reasonable notice before any hosted asset is taken offline.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to have the products or property captured, and that you have obtained any permissions needed from owners, occupiers or tenants. Please tell us before capture about anything that must not appear in the imagery.

7. Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Hosted assets and final files are released on payment.

8. Liability

Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
